what "bits" "features" or each individual website should i be looking at and how can i compare them fairly?
I need to find what makes these websites work, how they run and what makes them run so well, what aspect of each website can we take on board to introduce a similar type of website into a new sector?

- Meet a market need
- Either provide better service, lower prices, or ideally both
- They are run by people who understand the market they are in, who probably have a decent amount of common sense
- Are always improving
In other words, the same basic reasons why traditional businesses work.
