Lately our site has been getting more and more subscribers and, since we encourage people to ask questions - lots of those too. My problem is that I need some way of automatically storing the email address of the subscriber and questioner into the address book (or whatever, An autoresponder would be nice too!). At the moment I am doing it manually, but since our traffic has jumped, it is becoming way too time consuming.
Anyone know of a solution?

I've tried many packages rayjam, and I think manual is the best way to go :-)

I've got a macro all setup in my email/editor combo that 1 keypress responds. It is also nice when I see an interesting email address in that you can give them a personal reply. That reply is as good as gold. People really like that.

For scripts, I'd hit the old hotscripts.com and check in the mailing list managment category. There are quite a few free and low cost shareward scripts too. I really don't think there is a standard that people are using. The problem is that everyone is using such specific mailing software that default or generic software just doesn't work.

We were just looking into this and found one (recommended by Planet Ocean) called Mail Loop. Has anyone had experience with this software?
Any other software reccommendations for list management and other email marketing related issues?
