I did a spider simulation online to check my new site out. Is there a reason the internal links show like this www.mydomain.com//page.htm I dont have one before my file names how come there are 2 back slashes? Is this a problem?

i took off the trailing / after my link and the links only showed with 1 /. I guess that this particular site puts that in automatically. So it's all good.
