who is the best in web hosting service?

Hi All!

I am looking for a cheap, mid-range webhosting service.

My current host has a nice service, but I can not reach him 24/7, the support is bad.

Any ideas?

I have used bluegravity.com for 5 years and they are the best for support. They have an 800 number. They are just the best! $25 a month.
