Do a search for email address harvestors, there are lots of them out there...

Although I warn you now if you're going to try and use that for the basis of an email marketing campaign you're going to be treated in exactly the same way as all the other spammers in people inboxes - lots of bounces, lots of spam reports and all manner of TOS violation type "fun" with your ISP and/or host.

IMO it's better to give an answer to a basic question and append a strong warning than leave someone to their own devices in a marketplace that has very little morals.

Given the market these products sell to I'd expect them to be found easily enough on the web - I'm pretty sure most places that sell these aren't going to say "if you attempt to use the data this product generates you're risking your ISP terminating your account, getting your website closed and possible prosecution under anti-spam laws" because that kinda screws up the purchase process.
