Is there a script or something that will allow me to add a Customer Extranet to my site that will let my clietns log in to view their project info? I want something where clients could log in, see their site in progress, upload data for the site, maybe a mesage board, etc.
I have been looking for something like this but haven't found anything good.

Have you looked at EZPublish?
You could use it as a framework, and with a little custom development you'd have exactly what you need.
