WHM and CPANEL -how do I shut off the extra scripts?

Also do I want to give my customers shell access or not?

I saw this on another site but they did not explain how. "Via WHM, you can disable the self install scripts (Oscommerce, Invision Board and PHP Nuke)."I went and studied the WHM and cannot see any way to do it. I take it you change the default features list but see no way of doing it.

Also, do I give my customers shell access? There is a choice to do it or not and I don't even know what it is.

For anyone who may be interested I figured this out for myself. Go into WHM and where it says something like BETA package manager (it only works for the bluelagoon theme) choose which package you want to edit, add "add scripts" and it lets you see a list of all the scripts available and you can check or uncheck them depending on if you want your clients to be able to use them or not. I'm starting to really like WHM.
