Hi, what are some of the best best free search engines for sites smaller than 50 pages, and what is the best type (ie cgi or java)

I'd say Atomz would be around the top of my list...

I use perlfect on a site with 2,000 pages. If it works great on a site that big, it will do fine on a smaller site.

It's free, but you need a basic understanding of some perl to set it up. Not too difficult.
