How are they obtained?

Hi, I was considering making some sort of Sports score site. How would I obtain the feed of current sports score? Would this be free, or have a fee?

There is a site that provides feed of this type free of charge ... I just cant recall the URL.....

xmlteam.com was one of them that I remember. It's for a fee, but you customize it pretty heavily with what you want.
