Security? SSL web form then email to client

I have made a few updates to a client that was setup with a shared SSL directory to accept CC#.

I know that the actual input of the information is secure through SSL but what is the security risks or practice standards of then sending information to the client for offline CC processing. (this is a low volume site).

You could PGP encrypt the resulting email, that would make that part secure also.
