i was just going through our site stats and came across this

didnt know we had Miltary members aswell just windering what they wanted from my site.

People working in the military goof off and surf the web at work just like people in other businesses. Also many people working on Military bases are civilians. Now if it is coming vrom NSA, you might have something to worry about :) Actually I would expect anyone really poking around who did not have your best interests in heart, would probably have their tracks covered much better.

The US military do an amazing amount of web surfing. I guess they get bored in their spare time and many find surfing an enjoyable pastime while the Internet allows them to keep in touch with family and friends.

I wouldn't look for anything clandestine in these numbers, it is perfectly normal.

I've had military and police on my site as well, but not as many as you're suggesting. Let me guess... you have quite a high amount of Netscape 4 users on your site?
