205.138.96.42
205.138.96.53
205.138.96.46

Who is it, and what does it want?

They seem to be Cable & Wireless addresses. There's probably no way of telling who exactly is using them or why they are visiting your site. Maybe grabbing the host name with PHP server-side scription can get you more info.
