Has anybody subscribed to the Trafficology newsletter before and is it worth the money? Always looking for new angles on stuff but find it difficult to get quality information that doesn't just rehash the same old stuff.

I subscribed to the paid version in a fit of madness last year, but did not find it useful enough to renew. My biggest beef with both the paid and freebie versions last year ... and with the latest incarnation I received a few days ago ... is that the ideas for generating traffic do not pay enough attention to the issue of traffic quality.
