too much bandwidth

at work im fortunate enough to have all the bandwidth i can eat, however, when it comes to testing this can make it difficult to get an accurate 'feel' for what it would be like for modem users.

im working on some flash projects and need to test my preloaders - the 'test movie' feature wont cut it. so im wondering if there is a way to throttle the bandwidth coming into my machine (win2k)

any ideas?

Just jealous. Do a search for 'Charles throttling' - honest - and you'll see some ideas.
