Programming a Submit Button for a specific Email Address

Hi There:

I can not remember how to program a submit button in Dreamweaver to send an email to a specified address upon a visitor clicking. I also need to set up a confirmation page, which I can do through automated response in the email system. I used this feature a long time ago in Aestiva and have since forgotten how to do this. I see that some people are using SHTML or PHP for this feature now - however, I am not fimiliar with coding these languages. Please provide me with instructions for setting up this feature in DreamWeaver MX.

Don't think it's possible without some scripting like cgi or php.

But I know there are sites that can host and run a simple script like this for free. Don't know any urls though, search for it.
