Two weeks ago I transfered our web host (to the UK). Ever since then, I have only very occasionally been able to access the site. However, our US branch and European branches have no problem accessing the site. In transferring the site, I only changed the A Record, since our US branch uses the email. I have done various lookups...

visioneng.com (IP 212.67.202.23)

DNS Lookup Results
Host Type Value
visioneng.com. A 212.67.202.23

Reverse Lookup Results
Host Type Value
23.202.67.212.in-addr.arpa PTR 212.67.202.23
202.67.212.in-addr.arpa NS ns2.webfusion.co.uk
202.67.212.in-addr.arpa NS ns.webfusion.co.uk
ns2.webfusion.co.uk A 212.67.203.240
ns.webfusion.co.uk A 212.67.202.1

So far I have tried the following:
Ping visioneng.com - ALL OK
tracert visioneng.com - the 'destination host unreachable' (and always bombs at the second [identical] record)...

It seems it may be some sort or routing problem, but other than that, I have no idea what to look at next?

Sounds like they're blocking service from your ISP on a port level for some reason (since the web and traceroute) is inaccessible.

Best bet is to call your ISP and ask. I can reach your site just fine with traceroute and HTTP just fine.

BTW - you may want to kill your specific IPs and site name information before a mod does.
