Web Site evaluation tools

Can anyone point me in the direction of web site evaluation tools such as the now defunct Hitbox toolkit. I need to evaluate things like tags, load times, etc

By downloading the Firebird browser version 0.6.1 and then adding the Webmaster plug-in, you can enjoy all the tools you have requested!

Hi, where do you get this plug in?

In Firebird goto > Tools > Options > Extensions - Then click on get new extensions there are a lot of useful ones in there but the one I am referring to is Web developer 0.4
