Have you tried calling tech support to see whether it's just a glitch?

Even the best hosting companies have problems at times... they might be on top of it even as we type.

On the other hand, maybe the servers have just been repossessed by Mr Dell.

LOL! But seriously, there is that chance... call tech support, or if it is day where you are, hop on the help desk and fill out a ticket. Or better yet, do both!
