I am looking for a directory of sites selling ad space (banners, text links etc.).

Also, kind of unrelated, most everyone sells CPM. It is terribly hard to make any money on CPM, esp. if it's over even $1.

Have you looked into some PPC programs? (Overture and AdWords)?

Also textads.biz and affiliate networks such as CJ come to mind for good pay for performance systems.

this site is a great resource...Read it, if you had never heard of CJ you clearly haven't been reading these forums enough. ;)

I just signed up with marketbanker.com. It appears to be similar to textads.biz recommended by someone else. No one has chosen to buy an ad on my site yet :), so for the moment I'm just getting network sponsored ads and I've made a little bit so far, but I won't be quitting my full time job soon either!
