Hi,

I have problem with this component. The error message I encountered is "Error 1120: Unable to save file". This works fine on my development server but not on Production server. Both should have the same environment. I had checked that the IUSR_<computer_name> had CHANGE rights to the respective folder. What are the other things I should look out for? Please help as it is very urgent. Thanks!

check to make sure that the component as all the rights it needs, from my experience you only have to give IUSR_<computer_name> write rights.

Thanks for the reply. :) As I will save the images into the imagse folder, I already gave iusr_<computer_name> CHANGE access to the folder. But it still doesn't work.
