Database driven site tutorial using Dreamweaver MX

I'm looking for tutorials for the creation of MX database driven sites

I'm looking for tutorials for the creation of MX database driven sites. Up to now, I've avoided them, but I'd like to dip my toe in the water and get a feel for them.

I've no experiance of databases and am wondering if I should study them first or go straight into the development side with the Dreamweaver MX program which I've just acquired.

All suggestions / advice greatly appreciated.
