I'm almost on my way to putting my website up for the world to see, but i'd like to finalize the various support features.

I'm looking for a "Live Help" solution, where users click on the "Live Help is Online image", and get to talk with a representative in real time. I'm also looking for a program which creates support tickets, which can be easily tracked and replid to by various representatives.

Anyone have any experience iwth any of these? Preferably these will be CGI/PHP/MYSQL, and i'm looking for something affordable - meaning, i can't pay $1000 for one of these scripts, yet, i would probably be able to dish out $50.

Let me know if anyone has any experiences.

Thanks,
Andrew.

I use absolute live support from Xigla software and swear by it. I paid $149.00, service is excellent. they now have a .NET version which is even more robust.

It's in ASP though and uses Sql Server.

For ticket tracking I'd suggest a package called RT (Request Tracker):

[bestpractical.com...]

Its an open-source program, so the price great (free). You can pay for support from Best Practical, but if you're technically inclined it should be fairly easy to set up.
