I just learned that there is a new email worm surfacing up and spreading fast.

This email worm, dubbed Swen and Gibe.F, is programmed to send an official-looking e-mail that says it contains a "cumulative patch" for several Internet Explorer, Outlook and Outlook Express vulnerabilities. For more info, please go to:

Well not exactly Ryan. Microsoft does send out newsletters, press releases and security alerts to people who have signed up for them.

The important thing to note is that they NEVER send large attached executables
