Provide Webmail on Domain

Rather like hotmail

Any recommendations as to who might provide such a service. Stickymail is fine.

Obviously there needs to be the admin side of things in auto account setup etc.

Not sure what sort of service you are looking for ukgimp but HiveMail [hivemail.com] or SquirrelMail [squirrelmail.org] may be of interest.

I will second squirrel mail. It comes already installed on a lot of hosting sites.
