Excuse my ignorance but I don't no where else to ask.

I went to use the Sim-spider tool,[searchengineworld.com ]
I have used it before with no problem, and when I put my site in to spider it returns results saying my page is titled "Coming Soon" and then states that there is little to no other information. No other pages from our site even show up as existing. Additionally none of the other Searchengine World Tools seem to work for our site. They all work for other sites fine.

The reality is we have a fully functioning, SE indexed site. It is accessed normally, comes up in SERPs, and has no problems loading (for most). We even come up fine in the link that the sim-spider results show. I'ld think I was in the twilight zone but other spider simulators seem to work just fine.

Has anyone any idea what the problem might be?
It's too confusing for me. :(

My guess would be that the utility is not working:
