Ok, I just had a conversation with a friend how asked me what exactly rich media is.. I had one of those blank moments where you know what something is, but you don't know the best way to define it. I can say this is rich media or that is rich media, or it is this, but to clearly define. So I am posing the request, define rich media.

Rich Media usually refers to stuff like Flash and embedded movies etc.

Hmm, perhaps more interesting:
Waht is the difference between Multimedia and Rich Media?
And for the sake of interest lets say that interactivity is just another media type.
Yeah yeah, we all know what falls under the catagory. But, what about and exact definition, not instances. Even RCJordans' link did not provide a definition, just more detailed instances.
