Awstats went crazy!

Executed Awstats and my whole screen went gray!

I was checking my stats via AWStats, like I always do, and for some reason, today, when I accessed them, my whole computer screen went gray! I couldn't do anything! Ctrl-alt-delete did nothing as well. Had to power down. I have been accessing AWStats on this domain for over a year without a single issue. I thought I had executed a virus that someone had uploaded to my site after hacking it. But, when I restarted my computer, all was well. However, I am very apprehensive about accessing AWStats on that domain again. Any ideas what the deal is?

Sounds a bit random to me - just open up awstats again, and see what happens . . .

Chances are it was your computer hiccuping rather than anything to do with awstats.

But my computer doesn't drink, nor does it ever get sick (God bless Win2k!). ;)

However, it must have taken a swig while I wasn't looking, because you're right. It was a hiccup. I took a chance and went back into AWStats (while whincing, waiting for another virus-type reaction), and all went well.
