Strong drop in inbound emails

Anybody else noticed far less incomming emails from forms

Some or our websites generate every hour a handfull of emails in average. Since tonight this dropped to 0, We've tested the forms, logfiles everything looks normal, same visitors, similar paths, some emails are directly writen into mysql, but nothing, nothing, nothing, as vistiors would surf our site, but don't contact.

Anybody else experimenting something similar? any ideas what that might be? All sites are on the same server, generating usually together daily a few 100 emails, and now we just got in total 4 reasonable emails in today (next to the about 3000 SObigs..), serverload is reasonable

I had a good drop yesterday/last night (August 29), but might sight is a business site. Here in the USA, it is the last summer 3-day weekend for Labor Day. I don't expect traffic until next Tuesday when everyone is back to work.
