Currently I am working an a new site. This specific site is a bit of a navigation dilema. It follows the pattern of a book. "next page - previous page" but it splits into sections. For example domain.com/topic1 domain.com/topic2 the base of each page has the next and previous link and a link to the site map where they can find their way back to the start of any section, or internal pages within each section. My question is. With this sort of set up would having a few internal related link at the bottm of the pages be helpful or just cause confusion by disturbing the existing flow through navigation?

Thanks in advance.

Mack.

Just tuck it out of the way a little Mack, those that want it would find it and the easily confused can concentrate on the flashing neon arrows ;)

Depends, if it's just little paras for extra stuff that can be really, really handy but I object strongly to new windows personally...

There's a time and a place for everything, I even found a good use for blinking text recently but you have to decide as only you can ;)
