IIS Log Entry

I have had over 2000 log entries like the following.

<sc-status>403</sc-status>

<cs-bytes>42</cs-bytes>
<time-taken>265</time-taken>
<cs-version>HTTP/1.1</cs-version>
</ROW>

They start on August 21st and appear to be increasing in number hourly. I had 548 in the last 24 hours. The IP addresses are from all around the world. Has anyone else seen this? Or know the cause? I have been unable to find anything about it online.

did you track back some of the IPs and find if there are users or organisations?

There are some of both. Most of the IP's are unique, and are from all around the world.

I'm also only seeing this on one of the servers that I maintain.
