Reasearch: Webaholics - spend more than 30 hours/week online

How does that translate into DOLLARS?

This is interesting research. These are people who are sticky and can't stop reading your content. I wonder what percentage of them actually buy anything, though.

Do I want them on my website eating up my bandwidth? And are they a good demographic to target?

According to the researchers [cnn.com], the warning signs of an internet addicted person are:

• More than intended time spent online
• Other responsibilities neglected
• Unsuccessful attempts to cut down
• Significant relationship discord because of use
• Excessive thoughts or anxiety when not online.

Is it happy hour yet?

I suspect someone want to create a 12 step program like SA "Sufers Anonymous" or even "Surfers AnonyMOUSE".
