Hi there!

I'm trying to set up a new site (newbie here, if you hadn't guessed) which a goodly chunk of (though not all of it) will only be available to members who subscribe to my site (there they can get to news articles and software downloads I dont want the rest of the world to see)

I've already decided that I'm going to use Worldpay for the credit card processing, however what I'm looking for is a system which will (after CC processing has been confirmed) will allow the user to enter a username and password, then log on via a logon screen (available from the home page), alter there password, access the restricted pages, log out and so on.

I've been asking round about this, and I've had various comments like "PHP will do this" or "there are content management systems" or "look at hotscripts.com", but I've spent ages looking for this, and I'm damned if I can find anything suitable! (maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places ...)

As I dont know PHP (CGI / whatever) from the back of my hand, I dont want to have to learn everything from scratch, so I'm rather looking for a plug-and-play type system, which I dont even mind paying a reasonable fee for.

Can anyone recommend something like this from experience, or point me in the right direction (in easy to understand phrases!)

Many thanks in advance if you can help me .... :-)

Not sure if WW tos will let this stand but have a look at "A Member Pro" ( search for it on google ) It seems to do everything you want and is the one I will be using for my site. I know it integrates with Worldpay
