Hey I was hoping someone can tell me i am starting up a small business and want to get some of my articles on to relative sites and sent to relative publishers, editors but it wont be in the form of a news release it will be feature articles on my field. Does anybody know of any online pr services who will distribute my articles to relevant sites? I already know about news release services so its feature articles, or are they the same?

There's always someone that will do the legwork for you, and that'll cost money.

Distribution of articles is not like news release distribution - there are limits to the length of the release or you'll face a significantly increased cost.

You or your agent should spend time reseaching the target audience and approaching them directly with the article. Generally, journalists prefer exclusivity in their sector so choose the best journal to approach.

Don't think distribution volumes, think distribution quality.

As an alternative and addition, put the stories on your site (but let the journalist publish them first) and use them as a tool to promote your business through thr site.

Welcome to Webmasterworld, Mike4m!
There are several sites that accept articles. If it is business related, do a search for bpubs on google. Also, by joining a yahoo business group, you can post articles as well. Another site that accepts articles is articlecity.

Do a search for "submit article" + "keyword or phrase" and you should find several sites willing to accept articles. The "keyword or phrase" should match what the topic of the article is about.

As Engine said, quality versus quantity is important. The sites that you submit articles to should have a PR4 (pagerank by google) or better. Be sure to include links back to your site using anchor text that is relevant to your site and page content, you will be glad you did.

Hope that helps, WFN :)
