How to store all SMTP outgoing emails?

I just hired a few more employees in my firm. They all have their own email addresses. Our job agreement allows our company to monitor their outgoing emails for security reasons. Now, I was wondering if there's a simple way to send all their outgoing emails to another email address so I have a record of what they have sent out with their email addresses.

Thanks!

Yes, this is usually possible. Though, different MTA/MTU combinations require dufferent solutions.

Do you run your own mail server? If so, what do you have?

Windows? Linux? other

What is the mail transfer software.

Are you behind a 'gateway' or 'proxy'?

If your isp handles it, they must provide this for you.
