Search Functions

yahoo & google vs. atomz

Hi!

Has anybody used yahoo or google search functions on their website? Are they free? Do they send you reports that track what words your users are searching on?

I have used Atomz & love it! Are yahoo & google searchs that good?

I chose not to go with Google's Websearch and Siteseach [google.com] for two reasons:

1. You must include websearch in addition to sitesearch, so users can easily leave your site.

2. The sitesearch uses the Google database, so you have no control over how often it updates.

Oooh Good Point! With ATOMZ you can control how often your site gets indexed.
