Tool for editing massive log files

I periodically need to view the raw log files on my desktop system (running Win2K)

Is there any text editing tools out there that don't totally choke up when trying to open/edit a 150mb log file?

I just need to cut a chunk of text out of it and place it into another file.

I think I've opened up to 350mb in ultraedit. I regularly work in the 100mb range w/ UE.
