I'm based in Canada (Quebec) - but I host all my sites in the US. I've yet to find a decent deal from north of the border, even when you take the weakness of the Canadian dollar in to account.

I've had some experience with a company called www.wedohosting.com - they're based out of Victoria BC. I've had no complaints so far - their response time is very good.

I have a few sites hosted with zymurgy systems in Toronto. I have only had one little hiccup in the past couple of years aside from that they have been great.
