sharing Outlook Calendars & Contacts

Can anyone suggest a method or application that would allow my organization to share our MS Outlook Calendars and Contact folders *** without resorting to MS Exchange ***?

Communigate Pro is one option. I have a client using it and they seem pretty pleased.

I found a company called Xchange Network - has Linux and Windows solution - not an email server, just Outlook folder sharing. Anybody hear of them?

We use sharepoint to share all kinds of stuff from our common MSproject projects to our outlook contacts and it all lives on a simple website called Sharepoint.

It's a bit like the old altavista forums that Digital used to have years ago. Pretty damn handy thing though.
