I want to buy web hosting, I hope it in USA or UK.
100M, 1 email address, and ASP/PHP. How much about it?

I stand in China, I hope the web hosting's speed like GOOGLE.

Hosting fees are coming down and down all the time, there are companies out there offering the what you want for sometimes only US$5 a month. You can find them via most of the Hosting Forums which you can find here [directory.google.com].

Your biggest challenge is going to be paying for them as most companies will only accept Interntaional Credit Cards which, unless things have changed since last I was in China, will be difficult for you. You could host in China of course but that would bring it's own set of problems.
