I'm using outlook 2000, i have 2 email addresses retrieved in a one profile. I want to reply those incoming mail using selection one of two "FROM" email addresses.

I can do with Outlook Express. But I can't do with Outlook 2000. Could somebody tell me how I can do it?

I want to quickly reply emails without Log-off and log-on to different profile.

I read Andye posting's but he didnt explain more about how to create multiple addresses.

Thanks in advance...

You don't need two profiles. Just go to Tools ¦ Accounts and set up as many acounts as you want. Then when you reply it will automatically be sent via the receiving account.

Hi Josh and Welcome to WebmasterWorld!

You should see an drop down arrow on the "Send" button. Click the arrow and select the account you want to send your message with. Or you can click File, Send Using, then select the account...

Hope this helps.

Hi Woz, bunItd,

There is no "Account" on "Tools" menu.
I'm using MS. Outlook 2000 SR-1, does something wrong with my outlook?

Outlook 2000 SR-1
I have the same version on this machine and Accounts... is there...

You probably have the CW setup instead of IMO. I'm not sure how this works with CW. Check here [support.microsoft.com] to see which setup you have.

My Outlook XP is set up for Internet Mail, not Exchange. I have various accounts defined. In Corporate+Workgroup mode which I think you are using in Outlook 2K , you would have one profile but you can also define additional ones e.g. an Internet Mail one.

Anyway, when composing a new email, I see an Accounts drop-down next to the Send button, which lets me choose the account/profile I want to use for sending. You might have a similar button.

I used CW for my outlook, because I have 2 profile, one is for my company's mail (using exchange srv). If i change the type to IMO, the entire profiles will be turn to IMO.

Do u know how to turn on the "multiple FROM", if I use CW?

Thanks to you all.
