But I want to know which are the top ones, a wembaster should follow.
Which ones are the top ones? = Which sites are best at spamming? Which of the black lists matter?
Assuming that your domain has a strong resemblance to your nic, I can see that you are blocked by four lists and I don't consider any of them to have much influence. Whether the others add you to their lists is all up to you.
At the end of the day, any list entry matters if your customer's email bounces.

monitor bounce backs, verify address from time to time etc. in a format of a TO DO list - which every webmaster might follow periodically.
Those depend very much on the way you send and process your e-mails. Are you offering a programming job? ;)

Cannot tell you what I am or else Brett will again delete this post saying that you shop the competition in my forum.
Anyways, we belong to the Society > Relationships category, where we we maintain a huge database of members (like Brett's forum) where members send hundred thousands mail each day to each other using an inbuild messaging system (like Brett's Sticky mail). These mail do get directly delivered to member's inbox.
