Recovering a website in cached memory

Our web designer and host went broke last week and took our website off line. We do not have a copy of the website.

Is there anywhere I can find our website in cached memory to recover it. I tried Goolge but the graphics don't show up, only the text. Who/where else has a good cached index?

Thank

First place I would start out is your own browser cache on your computer and see what's there. Then I would pop over to www.archive.org and have a spin through the Wayback Machine and see what they have.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld and best of luck.

I popped over to archive.org and had a look. I found several images from you website and couple pages but I think their system is having some issues to day. It's very slow and I'm getting some errors etc. Be patient and maybe try a few times and again tomorrow to see what you can get. It's probably mostly there.

I would contact that web designer and ask him to put the site on a CDROM and give it to me.
