The clustering could provide some valuable insight into what terms people are searching for. (seaching for "widgets", you get clusters; widgets: for sale, production of, composition of, improved performance etc.)
Kind of like a good suggestion tool.

Ditto. On my test terms it pulled in some sites I rarely see and properly clustered them.
