we are using webtrends reporting center v5.0 with ISS 4.0 on Windows NT.
Our homepage is on a server and the rest of pages are on other server.
if you acces to our homepage and go to other page in the other server, webtrends calculates 2 visits instead 1. Why? is possible fix this problem? what is the reason?

thanks for your help

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, aagueda!

How do you have WebTrends set up? One site on 2 different servers? How do the servers link? Is it one domain on one IP address shared across the 2 servers?

On the main server we have the homapage and in the other one we have the rest of pages into a different domain.

The problem is fixed. It was related with different times in the different severs. We have synchronized the times and now all is ok.

Watch out for daylight savings time adjustment if the logs use GMT (universal time) that doesn't go into effect
