clicks from different ip and vanity domains will help in promotion?

can this really help to improve page ranking

my question is simple. when search results show up, if u
select your own website and give them more clicks, SE
counts as spam but suppose diffrent people from different isp or ip hit on same website, will the website will be considered good in eyes of SE?

creating vanity domains and putting seperate pages for each sub domain will index the site better?

and whether submitting only single page of main website is sufficient or whole set of other htm pages should be submitted?

Just submit one page. Google will follow the links to find the rest of your site, however, if you build up links to your site this will happen natually.

With regards to the clicks. Are you talking about clicks from a search engine to your page. If so, I don't think this will effect your rank in the slightest. If your talking about links from another to yours then, there is no way of search engine knowing that data.

i meant the following:
if click on result page to a particular website is received from different ip addresses, will SE count as better website with results? and will place it higher in next update?
if not how the website is getting higher in ranking of SE?
how do SE ranking after first placement? i have seen so many website down in listing and now in higher position.
