PipeTen.com ISP Provider

Hello All,

Does anybody know regarding this pipeten.com ISP provider? They don't have any phone numbers or indeed address at all. Just contact via email. I traced the address to some where in UK. Recently Internet fraud increased a lot despite of valid address.

Any suggestion?
