Where does error come from

I've hade the error message below a few time when trying to access a web site of mine. It's PHP with Mysql and Apache. The tech support at the hosting company suggest it's in my ISP's cache. If it's relevant my brower is Mozilla 1.3 on windows 98. Does anyone recognise this error?

I just had it on this site so it must be caching or Mozilla.

I'm not 100% sure what it is but I get it every so often when I'm using Moz as well and it seems to just be a different way of saying 'Server Not Found'. I've only ever seen it under those conditions.
