Is there a way to get a powerpoint presentation to auto-close when it's finished or alternatively take you to a website automatically? I know practically zilch about powerpoint, but someone has asked me this question ;)

you can put a link in one of the slides. When you activate the mouse you can click the link and it will open up an IE window. Microsft products play nicely with each other.
