Webstats - any recommendations?

What do you recommend?

There are various ones out there - some of which require code adding to HTML (not keen on bloating good PR ranking pages).

But I'd really like something realtime - any ideas?

Personally, a modified version of Analog ;)

In my experience having tried about dozen different web stats products, they all give quite different results.

IMHO you may as well go with Analog. I like Wusage too. Webtrends is expensive and gives pretty results and all that, but I think it gives more information than it really can read from the logs. You have to take it with a grain of salt.
