Disable pop-ups question

I promote affiliate programs and some have pop-up windows...is there any way to put an affiliate URL into a frame/iframe and kill/disable their pop-up window?

If I were a betting man, I'd bet that doing so would probably violate the TOS of the affiliate program.

Indeed, it'd almost certainly be breaking some rule or another; it begs the question though - why continue with them if you don't want what they provide?
(They provide intrusive popups that not a single web user likes, but many expect. :/)
